ICML 2026 Oral Presenter Instructions

 

Oral Presenters

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your session starts and check in with the session chair.
  • Information for your paper presentation is now available on your My Stuff page under Presentation History
  • All oral presentations are scheduled for a total of 15 minutes. Please plan to speak for 12 minutes to leave time for Q/A and change of speakers
  • Authors should present from their own laptop. You will need to bring any adapter your laptop needs to connect to the full size HDMI cable at the podium.
  • Please do not use a physical laser pointer, the conference setup (multiple screens + online viewers) is not suitable for it. You can use instead your laptop mouse or a pointer that controls your mouse (such as a gyroscopic pointer).
