ICML 2026 Attending with Children

Children Age 14 - 17: Minor Attendance

• Nursing infants and children 14-17 can attend the conference for free with a guardian
• The guradian needs to register
• The guardian will need to sign this waiver when they pick up their badge. We will then generate a badge for the minor
• The minor does not register.
• The minor needs to remain with the guardian at all times while in the venue
• The minor can only attend events where alcohol is not served

• Deadline to register is June 14th EOD PDT

  • Children 4 months to 13 years old must be in the child care area
  • Only attendees with a conference badge may access the childcare (including drop off and pick up)
  • Child Care reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
  • You will be required to have a conference registration for the date you have made the reservation for your child. For example, if you only have a conference sessions/tutorial registration then you can't make a reservation for your child on Friday and Saturday without having a workshop registration.
