Arriving at COEX

 

Help Desk

  • Hall B Foyer
  • Open during the same hours as the registration desk.

First Aid 

  • Emergencies & Minor needs:
    • Please go to the First Aid/Medical Office Located Near West Gate Entrance by Hall A4.
    • A secondary location can be found on the second floor in Room 205A.
    • There are also EMT/Medical staff walking around the venue.  

Dietary Preferences 

  • Please check all labels before selecting your snacks for the am/pm breaks. 
  • There are no halal or kosher meals available in Seoul. 

Lost and Found

  • Lost and Found will be at Help desk in Hall B Foyer.

Prayer Rooms 

  • Men's Prayer Room located on the 2nd floor in ASEM 211.
  • Women's Prayer Room located on the 2nd floor in ASEM 207.

Scanned Contacts

You can scan the badges of other conference attendees to collect their contact information.

Gender Neutral Restrooms

  • 3rd floor restrooms on the right hand side of the Auditorium

Accessibility

  • Convenience facilities are generally well-equipped. There are four restrooms for people with disabilities on the first floor, two on the second floor, and three each on the third and fourth floors.
  • Nursing rooms are located in COEX on the second floor in room ASEM 209. There are another two  in the ‘Agasarangbang’ rooms in Starfield COEX Mall.
  • Wheelchairs can be rented at the Safety Situation Room next to the West Gate on the first floor, at the Information Desk by the East Gate. 
  • Please reach out to inclusion-accessibility-chairs@icml.cc for any other onsite needs you may require. 

Main Conference & Workshop Posters (for use to hang posters)

  • You may only used the approved venue tape. Volunteers will be in Hall A to provide you with the tape you need.
  • We kindly ask you to only use (4) pieces of tape - or one piece of tape for each corner of the poster
  • Do NOT hang your posters on the wall anywhere in the venue. This includes your workshop session. All poster sessions will be held in Hall A.
