ICML 2025 Workshops & Social Perks

Workshops are freely provided: 

• 5 complimentary full access registrations (only the workshop primary contact can assign) Instructions
• 1 meeting room or exhibit hall 
• AV standard set (1 podium mic/1 Q&A mic) inclusive of necessary electrical
• Wi-Fi and 1 network drop at the podium
• Command strips for posters ONLY
• Panel table

Workshops are allowed to order at the expense of organizers/sponsors for the following items:

Bulk and Pre-Paid Registration Policy:

To purchase bulk registrations for ICML, you must meet the following criteria.

• Be an accepted workshop, social, or affinity workshop
• Complete our spreadsheet. 
• Everyone in the spreadsheet needs a ICML.cc account.
• You can only submit the spreadsheet once, so make sure everyone is listed.
• Email the completed spreadsheet to Brad <brad@eventhosts.cc> by June 28th.
• No refunds, additions, exchanges or transfers are allowed after the spreadsheet has been submitted
• Brad will send you an invoice for payment. You may pay by wire transfer or credit card. 
• Payment must be received by July 5th. No exceptions.
• No registrations will be processed until the full payment has been received.

Sponsors

• If your workshop has sponsors you will need to work out the funding directly with them.  
• ICML  cannot accept funds from sponsors and then distribute them to the attendees.
