The International Conference on Machine Learning is globally renowned for presenting and publishing cutting-edge research on all aspects of machine learning used in closely related areas like artificial intelligence, statistics and data science, as well as important application areas such as machine vision, computational biology, speech recognition, and robotics. ICML is the premier academic conference in the branch of artificial intelligence known as machine learning.
ICML exhibitors have been critical in ensuring the continued success of the conference. Most importantly, exhibitor funds make it possible for students to attend and present their research. Due to our exhibitors’ generosity we’ve been able to offer grant awards to many students across the world. It is our goal to replicate that success again this year. We are pleased to announce that we will join in-person Sun Jul 21st through Sat the 27th in Vienna, Austria.
The EXPO is a potential opportunity for your company to give a talk, panel discussion or workshop. Diamond and Platinum exhibitor levels may apply in their exhibitor portal. The EXPO will take place on Sunday, July 21st.
Diamond & Platinum Exhibitors will get access to the Careers Site and up to six job postings.
- The Career Site opens Feb 1st.
- The deadline to post jobs is July 1st.
Every exhibitor will have 30% of their funds directed to the need-based program to support hotel, food, and registration costs for those in financial need, particularly graduate students and Diversity, Equality and Inclusion efforts. Additionally, each exhibitor will receive access to the opt-in recruitment database.

- Complete “Your Information” in portal
- Optional onboarding meeting. Add availability only if you want help onboarding.
- “Send Invoice” from portal
- Upload signed contract in portal or send via email
- Upload your proof of insurance (COI) in portal
- Assign Exhibitor and Full Access Badges in portal
- Send payment
Upon receipt of the signed contract and payment, your company description and logo will be posted to the ICML website. At this point, you will also have access to the recruitment database and complimentary registrations.

The Exhibit Hall is located in Hall B of the venue.

Exhibitor Appointed Contractors (EACs)
If an exhibitor plans to use any EACs, they must complete, comply with, and return the following documents to Stephanie Willes at stephanie@eventhosts.cc
- EAC Notification Form (deadline June 21st)
- EAC Agreement (deadline July 1st)
- EAC Certificate of Insurance (deadline July 1st)
- All booth structures must be approved by a ICML Management. ICML will manage the MWECC structural engineer inspection. Inspections will begin Sunday, July 21st.
- Email booth renderings and CAD drawings to stephanie@eventhosts.cc before July 1st.
- Any construction modifications that are required by the engineer must be completed to their satisfaction before 10 am on July 22nd.

Exhibitor Badges
To access the exhibit hall, everyone will need a exhibitor or a full-access conference registrant badge.
An Exhibitor Badge only grants access to the exhibit hall and public areas, not to any other academic conference activities.
A full-access Conference Badge allows access to all events including academic events.
Enter the email address for each person needing an Exhibitor Badge in the Exhibitor portal. After entering an email address press the "Update Exhibitor Badges" button and then repeat that process for each person. If the email address of the person that you submit does not have an ICML account, a red X will appear after you submit their email address. These email addresses must be entered into the portal before July 12th.
