The International Conference on Machine Learning is globally renowned for presenting and publishing cutting-edge research on all aspects of machine learning used in closely related areas like artificial intelligence, statistics and data science, as well as important application areas such as machine vision, computational biology, speech recognition, and robotics. ICML is the premier academic conference in the branch of artificial intelligence known as machine learning.

ICML exhibitors have been critical in ensuring the continued success of the conference. Most importantly, exhibitor funds make it possible for students to attend and present their research. Due to our exhibitors’ generosity we’ve been able to offer grant awards to many students across the world. It is our goal to replicate that success again this year. We are pleased to announce that we will join in-person Mon Jul 6th through Sat the 11th in Seoul, South Korea.

The EXPO is a potential opportunity for your company to give a talk, panel discussion or workshop. The EXPO will take place on Monday, July 6th. More information about expo applications coming soon.

All Exhibitors may access the Career Page. Diamond & Platinum Exhibitors receive six free job postings, all other postings are $100 each.  The deadline to purchase additional postings is June 26th and the deadline to post is July 5th. The Career page closes on August 16nd.

Every exhibitor will have 30% of their funds directed to the need-based program to support hotel, food, and registration costs for those in financial need, particularly graduate students and inclusion efforts. Additionally, each exhibitor will receive access to the opt-in recruitment database.

Exhibitor Badges

To access the exhibit hall, everyone will need a exhibitor badge. For comps that include a full-access conference registration, "Exhibitor" will be printed on the badge for entry during move in/out.

You must have all your comps assigned by June 25th. Failure to meet this deadline will result in comps not being processed, which means your team members will have no QR code to check-in at the registration desk at the conference and will be required to purchase a registration. Our team will NOT be able to accommodate onsite comp requests.

An Exhibitor Badge only grants access to the exhibit hall and public areas, not to any of the academic conference activities.

A Full-Access Conference Badge allows access to all events including academic events.

Enter the email address for each person needing an Exhibitor Badge in the Exhibitor portal. After entering an email address press the "Update Exhibitor Badges" button and then repeat that process for each person. If the email address of the person that you submit does not have an ICML account, a red X will appear after you submit their email address. These email addresses must be entered into the portal before Jun 25th. Failure to meet this deadline will result in your company comps not being processed. Our team will not handle onsite comp requests.
