Instructions
- Update your profile and optionally choose your pronouns and dietary restrictions.
- Passwords must be at least 9 characters.
- Receipt: Email yourself a receipt in section 3.
- Virtual Pass includes virtual-only access to the live stream of the entire conference (tutorials, main conference, workshops) and the ability to interact using Rocket Chat. All physical registrations include Virtual Pass.
- In-person Registration (tutorials, main conference or workshop) includes access to the affinity events and the expo.
- Recruitment: If you are open to being recruited by a sponsor, see section 6.
- Students: Student pricing is available for full time students.

- Minors you must be 12 years of age or older to attend in-person and you must attend with an adult

- Your registration receipt and QR code will be delivered to the email listed below
- Firstname, Lastname and Institution will be printed on your meeting badge
- Visa Name will be used in your Visa letter of invitation. It should match exactly the name on your passport.
We do not collect GST or VAT for this meeting. No tax invoice is necessary for this meeting.
Visa letters of invitation are generated only for the purpose of attending the physical conference. If you need documentation of your participation at the meeting for reimbursement, please use your registration receipt as proof of payment and your certificate of attendance (above in the Payment and Receipt section as your proof of attendance.
