Learning and using a multimodal single cell atlas

Julia Schnabel is Professor for Computational Imaging and AI in Medicine at TU Munich and Founding Director of the Helmholtz Munich Institute of Machine Learning in Biomedical imaging. She also holds a Chair in Computational Imaging at King’s College London. Her research is on AI-based imaging solutions for motion reconstruction, quality control, and quantification. She is AE PAMI, steering board for IEEE TMI, executive/founding editor for melba-journal.org. Previous meeting organisations: MICCAI 2018 program chair, will be 2024 general chair; IPMI 2021 general chair; WBIR 2016/2022 general chair (2016 as CVPR workshop); multiple times PC / area chair for CVPR, IJCAI, ECCV.
