If you applied for your visa before June 3, 2020, and you are unable to attend because your visa was denied or you have not received a response we will refund your registration fees. Refund requests must be received within one week of the close of the meeting with accompanying documents showing a visa denial. See the Help menu for contact information.

Are you a citizen of any of these States? If so, you will not require a visa to participate in the Conference (if you live in any of these States, but did not acquire the citizenship of any of these states, you may require a visa to participate in the Conference).
