**Creator's Discount

If you have an accepted paper or a presentation at a workshops or are the organizer of a workshop, you will be considered a "creator" and will be given a 25% discount.

^* Full Time Student

You must be a full time student in an accredited undergradue, masters or graduate program. You will be required to upload a digital version of your student ID at registration and to present your student ID as you check in. 

Registration Cancellation Policy

Registrations canceled before June 25, 2018, 4:59 p.m. pacific time receive a full refund.  Refunds will be issued back to your credit card. Registrations cannot be canceled or refunded after that time. Cancel and refund your registration in the Payment and Receipt section of your registration.

If your visa is denied before June 25, 2018, 4:59 p.m., you may cancel and refund your registration in the Payment and Receipt section of your registration.

If you applied for your visa before May 31, 2018, and you are unable to attend because your visa was denied or you have not received a response we will refund your registration fees. Refund requests must be received within one week of the close of the meeting with accompanying documents showing a visa denial. See the Help menu for contact information.
