You must be a full time student in an accredited undergrad, masters or graduate program. You will be required to upload a digital version of your student ID at registration and to present your student ID when you check in. 

Industrial

If your expenses are being reimbursed by a corporation or other non-academic institution, please registration with Industrial pricing.

Virtual Pass

Virtual Pass includes virtual-only access to the live stream of the entire conference (tutorials, main conference, workshops) and the ability to interact using Rocket Chat. 

Affinity Workshops

All registrations allow access to all Affinity Workshops.

Opening Reception

The opening reception is available to anyone who has registered for at least one of the following: Tutorials, Conference Sessions, or Workshops.

Opening Reception Guest Ticket

If you are registered, you may bring a guest to the opening reception by buying a guest pass for $75.00 USD.

Virtual Pass

Allows access to the Tutorial, Conference Session and Workshop live streams and the ability to interact using Rocket Chat. 

Affinity Events

Registration for any component of the conference (tutorial, workshop, or main conference) is sufficient to attend the affinity events.

Registration Cancelation Policy

Registration cancelation date Jun 29, 2024  Pacific time

Registrations canceled before the cancelation date will receive a full refund. Refunds will be issued to your credit card and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement.  Registrations cannot be canceled or refunded after that time. Cancel instructions are on this page.

Visa information for physical or hybrid conferences 

After the cancelation date we can switch you to a virtual registration and refund the diference if you applied for your visa before May 2, 2024, and you are unable to attend because your visa was denied or you have not received a response. You must submit your refund request using our contact form within one week of the close of the meeting and include documentation showing a visa denial.

Registrations are not transferrable 

Registrations are linked to immigration documents, tax documents and credit card transactions and cannot be transferred to another person.
