Bruno: An AI Product Manager for Scientists

Most “AI scientist” systems target the inner loop of discovery — hypothesis generation, experiment design, code synthesis, paper drafting. Far less attention has gone to the outer loop that determines whether scientific projects ship at all: planning, coordination, memory, and the continuous re-alignment of people, code, experiments, and writing. In student research groups, mediocre outcomes more often trace to coordination failures than to capability gaps. We present Bruno, a semi-autonomous project-management co-scientist.
