Payment Options

Payments by credit card (Visa, Master Card, and Discover only) will be processed within seven business days of registering.

Receipts
Original receipts will be distributed at the conference. If you need a receipt in advance of the conference for reimbursement purposes, please contact OSU Conference Services at 1-800-678-6311 to request a copy of your receipt.

Cancellations and Refunds
All cancellation requests need to be made in writing (via email or regular mail) on or before May 24, 2007. Cancellation requests made by that date are eligible for a full refund of the registration fees (less a $25 administrative fee). Requests for refunds after the cancellation cut-off date will not be granted, however substitutions will be allowed.
