Visa invitation letters will be generated for those who have registered, and request them. In order to request a letter, in the registration process, please indicate on the “merchandise” page that you would like a letter by “purchasing” one visa letter.
Note that the US prefers that the passport number and birth date of the applicant be included in the letter of invitation, that is why we ask for that information in the registration process.
Electronic letters are free of charge and will be sent to the email address you use to register for the conference. There is a fee for hard copy to cover the costs of shipping.
