Conference Fees
Conference Registration (Saturday - Thursday): Includes Tutorials (Saturday), Main Conference (Sunday – Tuesday), and Workshops (Wednesday – Thursday).
Note: (1) Faculty/Professional includes postdocs;
(2) Students need to upload a copy of their student ID.

Additional Information
• Refund policy: For registrations that are canceled before June 1 we will refund registration fees
minus $75 if the registrations were paid in dollars or 460 CNY if the registrations were paid in CNY.
After that date, the registration fees are not refundable. We will consider requests for exceptions to
this policy on the basis of force majeure (e.g., severe weather) or visa issues.
