ICML-2002 Workshops

ICML workshops provide  participants with an opportunity to focus on a specific topic within machine learning. Often, workshops concentrate on an emerging topic of technical interest, a unique area of application for machine learning technologies or a community-wide issue that deserves specialized attention. They provide a forum for less formal exchange of new ideas and for discussions of ongoing work with other researchers in the field.

We invite you to participate in the following workshops to be held at the Nineteenth International Conference on Machine Learning:

  • Data Mining Lessons Learned
  • Text Learning
  • Development of Representations
  • Machine Learning in Computer Vision

  • We hope the workshops will bring together researchers from machine learning and related areas, generate new ideas and contribute to the development of the area. ICML-2002 workshops will be held on 9 July, at the University of New South Wales, the site of all ICML-2002 events.
