Who can see what?

The paper, latex files and code are visible to reviewers, meta-reviewers, and expert reviewers of your paper, in addition to the program chairs. Everyone having access to paper, code, latex files and data will be instructed to keep them confidential and delete them after the final decisions.

Reviews are visible to meta-reviewers, expert reviewers, program chairs and workflow chairs all the time and to other reviewers of the same paper after they have submitted their reviews.

Author names are only visible to program chairs. (Meta-reviewers and expert-reviewers, in addition to regular reviewers, are blind to author identity.) Reviewer names are visible to meta-reviewers, but not to each other.
