Abstract:

The Wolfram Language (a.k.a. Mathematica) includes one of the highest-level existing machine learning frameworks, allowing to reduce experimentation-cycle time and obtain better models. This workshop will teach how to use this framework. We encourage you to bring a laptop in order to play with the examples demonstrated.

"Hands-on" activities can be performed on a web browser here: https://develop.open.wolframcloud.com/app/. For a better experience, registrants can create a Wolfram ID and download a free 15-day trial of Mathematica here: https://www.wolfram.com/mathematica/trial/

Schedule: 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Automatic Machine Learning Functions We will learn how to use high-level machine learning functions to perform classification, regression, anomaly detection, etc.

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM: Neural Network Framework We will learn how to train, visualize, manipulate, and use neural networks in the Wolfram Language. We will demonstrate examples in computer vision, natural language processing, and audio analysis.
